Star City Schools will have an early dismissal Friday at 2:30pm and regular bus routes will run at this time. The Pep Bus for the Ladydogs State Championship Game will depart SCHS at 3:30pm for high school students who purchase a ticket. The State Farm Players of the Week are Tink Johnson & Lucy Scott. Against Southside Tink had 21 points, 8 rebounds, & 6 assists. Lucy contributed to the win with a huge 10 points, 1 block, and shot 100% from the field. Great job Ladies!

Team Star City Archery competed in their first ever NASP Southeast Regional Tournament on February 8 in Hamburg Ar. Our team placed third overall out of Nine teams. We had six girls placed in the top twenty. One of those finished fourth overall. We had one boy who finished in the top twenty and two others finished in the top thirty-five out of seventy-one competitors. I am very proud of our team. They represented our school very well. —
