Sports physicals for the 2020-2021 school year will be held on June 1st and 2nd at the Mainline Clinic. The schedule is attached below.
All athletes need to pick up forms at the high school gym or Cedric Thornton Indoor facility from 8:30 until noon May 27th,28th,or 29th. Forms can also be picked up at the administration building. The forms need to be signed by parents or guardians before the athletes get their physicals.
