This evening at approximately 8:00p.m., the fire alarms were activated on the campus of Star City High School. This was determined to be a false alarm. The activation may have been caused by heavy smoke in the area from nearby residents burning leaves. There was no fire on campus, and no damage or risk to school facilities.
