Due to flooding and hazardous road conditions some bus routes may be altered tomorrow. Buses will not pick up on the following roads: Amherst, Blair, Burling, Brooklyn, King, Lancaster, & Lavender. This list may expand as other roads may be impacted through the night and morning. Please meet the bus with your child at the nearest intersection or stopping point at regular time, if you can safely do so. If any bus route modifications cause a student not to be picked up by the bus and parents are unable to bring their child to school safely, we ask parents to please contact the school. Safety is our top priority. #BeTheBest

Star City School District is saddened to learn of the sudden passing of one of our High School students, Christian Reeves. Our sincerest condolences go out to his family, classmates, friends, and SCSD staff who knew him. Please keep Christian’s family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. There will be additional counselors available should students or staff need support.

The Bulldogs baseball team lost a tough game at Monticello 11-4 tonight. Dogs are scheduled to play at home Thursday night against Camden Harmony Grove. #Bethebest

SCHS Videography traveled to UAM today and spoke with Kelsey Englert, the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, about the work in media services. Students also documented the Solar Eclipse. #bethebest
