Glendale School Property For Sale - $10,000
The Star City School District is selling the property known by many as the old Glendale School. The property is located in Glendale on Emery Lane off of Evergreen Road. It is a 0.47 acre tract with one usable building, approximately 2,000 sq feet, located on the property.
The asking price is $10,000 and offers can be emailed to Lindsay.Henry@starcityschools.org through February 28, 2023. The property will be sold to the highest bidder, with closing taking place within one month of being notified of being the winning bidder.
