We are thrilled to announce that after careful review of your artifacts/video as well as community service actions, Star City Middle School will continue to be recognized as a Best in Class Certified Energy Bus School for the 2019-2020 school year!
As a Best in Class Certified Energy Bus School, Star City Middle School exemplifies the norms and meets the following Energy Bus for Schools benchmarks:

Remember, in order to maintain your status of a Best in Class Certified Energy Bus School each school year, you and your team will need to incorporate ways to serve others inside/outside your community. Each year your team will be required to submit a presentation showcasing at least two community service efforts. You will need to:
Research needs in your community
Vote on Service Projects
Devise a Plan of Action including a timeline
Take pictures and post to social media outlets your efforts
Provide The Energy Bus for Schools Leadership Journey with the information above presented in a presentation binder for review.
